Something like that... It's always good for the home school when a player waits longer and longer for a decision. It's easier for the home school to make trips to see a player, for the player to make trips to see the school, etc.

Ben's mom does like ND, but I think it's the idea of ND that she is infatuated with. Give JT some face time, and he could change her mind quickly. There are many mixed reports out there on Ben's thoughts, not many of which could be considered reliable at this point in time. Just rest assured that we are in his top two, and will be that way until the end.

Defintiely agree with ya here CB40. Tressel seems to be amazing in these intimate fac-to-face meetings with parents and kids rave about his personal interest in in the players and the relationships they create. I too have faith that Jimmy pulls this one out in the end.

Rivals $ (ND site)

Ben has been taking a break from recruiting this month. He has talked to the staff at ND and has talked and texted with JT. He wants to take his visits and decide during or after the season.

Maybe it's just me, but one of the comments he made gave me the impression that he was tiring of ND's pitch...

i picked up on that as well. however, i was somewhat concerned about his comments about osu's frequency of contact. of course, i could just be reading into it more than is necessary.
