'06 FL OLB/TE Colin McCarthy (Miami Signee)

Very true. Homan, Johnson and Gibson are surefire Linebackers. However, Moeller can be moved to Safety, and I think McCarthy could be nice there as well. We willsee hwo it all plays out, but I like the idea of having too many playmakers on defense to know what to do with.

I don;t know if anybody remembers this, but Gibson said he relizes that he may redshirt to gain moure weight, and he was all for the idea. So, add that to the mix and it could create some seperation between the others if he indeed does do that.

Colin is not in the fold yet. Really not sure why.:( . Hopefully soon! Colin is a LB all the way as is Tyler. Speeeeed. Keep in mind with all the people running spread, the trend, is towards the 215 LB that can cover. Neither of these two have shown the speed or athleticism to play in the secondary. At least @ tOSU.

This has to be close to done...I saw some posters on a TSUN board discussing him who thought he had already verballed to OSU.

Certainly not a fire, but def. a lot of smoke....:biggrin:
