'05 MD LB Rico McCoy (Tennessee signee)

They just started singing, ‘We don’t give a damn about the whole state of Michigan...’ That shocked me man! But that showed me how big a rivalry that is and how fun it would be to play in that game when you got the band doing that. That’s crazy.”

It's too bad he couldn't be here for The Game. Sounds like Marcus Freeman made quite an impression on him. I can't imagine Rico not being a Buck.

Very insightful, AmeriBuck...

McCoy felt very comfortable on his visit. He’s even more in the corner of Ohio State now than he ever was and it will likely take a knockout blow byTennessee next week to change the way that he’s feeling.

“I’m straight with Ohio State right now,” he said. “I think I’ve seen all that I need to see, for real, from Ohio State. Right now I’m just making sure there is nothing else out there that’s going to top it. I’m just testing the waters now. I’m just going to see what else is out there but I think this is it.”

Hopefully someone filled him in on how Tennessee cheats. Or is always a hairs breadth away from some sort of investigation. Or how Phil turned in other schools in return for immunity for his school.

Quite the quality coach they have there.

And before someone tells me not to throw stones, I think that OSU fans have earned the right to throw a few stones. Nobody has found anything to substantiate any of the shit that has been thrown Ohio State's way and they lead a pretty good league in the way of Academic All Conference players.

Ohio State and their coaches have it going on right now. Come on down Rico and join what is shaping up to be a top three class nationally!!!

Yea, he's an animal. He was hosted by Marcus Freeman. Rico said that he could truely see himself playing beside Marcus. I guess OSU fed him (and several other recruits) dinner in the press box, then took him down to the 50 yard line and played highlights from this years OSU/Michigan game. They also had an OSU jersey with #3 on it (his high school number). He said they blew him away and that he was VERY impressed.
