I can't remember an OOS recruit whose mother was so pro-OSU as Greg Mathews. Would he really make her watch him play in tsun for 4 years knowing how much she loves OSU? That might sound silly, but it has to have entered his mind a time or two.
It would have been much more enjoyable if they would have been totally clueless about the visit and woke up Friday morning to Mathews to Ohio State talk! It seems he just committed to um to make sure he had a home in case he couldn't get into Ohio State. He definately should become a Buckeye fan...
Mathews would make it two top 100 WR's in this class to go along with the best RB in the nation and one of the best QB's in the south. Safe to say our offense is going to be pretty good for a long time!
I would be extremely happy if he stayed, but I am not going to get my hopes up again. Multiple people have heard he's already signed with an agent and while I know sources can be wrong, different people with different sources are saying the same thing. I'm sure Donte just wants to have a PC to...
Nothing against Wesley Lyons, but I would rather OSU get Greg Mathews if he wants to change his committment. If after this weekend he says he's solid with UM, then I'm all for Wesley Lyons at OSU.
A poster claiming to go to school with Colin says he will be committing to Miami tomorrow. I love how these recruits claim OSU is a leader for so long, then change their mind so quickly. This will make Mark Johnson and Thad Gibson that more important.
