It seems like osu has been unsure as to how many pure receivers they could take in this class but I see 3 as a real possibility and with Miami lurking for Victor, Corley becomes very important. Msu currently has 3 four star receivers and Corley also has the hips to play in the secondary and...
On the verge of landing the best pocket QB and 3 pure well rounded receivers that Meyer has ever had. Could add a dangerous facet to Meyer's offense which hasn't relied on bigger athletic receivers much (Thomas and Cooper most notable). Slot receivers and athletic TEs have been more of a...
I don't think he looked any different really, he gave great effort on the INT play and always plays with great effort. He was in on the return game due to Samuel having back spasms.
You did! Everyone gets to warm up! Honestly he's good enough get PT and is a change of pace reciever for us. With us having about 10 recievers good ehough to get time and the regular season being 33% over, I wouldn't burn his redshirt at this point.
2 carries isn't enough for Samuel at RB, the staff needs to get him involved as a change of pace. Sad to think he didn't line up really at all at RB in the 1st 3 games. Shows how much the adapting of play calling is taking to get used to. WMU's looked shocked when his speed hit the second...
You must have missed the incompletion to Samuel for a sure TD, and the other one was meant for Smith as he was supposed to be the deep man in that particular route.
Well JTs weren't badly underthrown, one drew a PI and the other should have had more touch but was intercepted on a great play. Cardale left a lot of yards on the field today. But he capitalized on the starting job and under an attacking game plan proved the scheme was indeed the main issue...
I think Samuel will capitialize on his 1st start at WR and gets 2 TDs this week one from 40+ yards out. Gotta target him down the field more, he's usually running wide open.
I saw results from the changes in the run game but our passing game didn't attack at all. I saw the blocking changes but in order for the run game to have more success you have to establish some semblance of a passing game. I remember games last year where defenders were so frustrated with our...
Agree with this! Warinner's value with in game offensive line scheme adjustments and individual coaching makes him a priority on the sidelines. We should have different play cards for the defensive fronts we are facing (ex: Bear front, Odd Front, 4-3, etc.). Stick with our scripted series of...
Have to give the nod to JT at this point. We have tons of playmakers in this offense, the only thing missing is getting to ball to them consistantly. Need a lot more out of the intermediate and deep passing game, there's no team in the country that has 3 lock down corners to run with our 3...
IMO Samuel is the most electric, he may not have to vision of Marshall, Miller or Elliot, but he's definitley got the most fast twitch fibers of anyone on the team. I want to see him targeted more vertically because he seperate and adjustment to the ball in the air is elite. He's probably...
