Yeah, it's "neutral". Usually means they don't have enough rep points to give any yet. I never had a problem with Favre...but these dudes were all saying how he was the greatest thing to ever happen to football, so I told them "he's alright...but we'll see how good he really is when he's not all hopped up on painkillers"...and they lost their fucking minds.
