Ryan Mallet was gone regardless of coach. Trust me on that. He wasn't well liked by his teammates, and he wanted to be closer to home. I have solid sources on that.
Gem's is probably good. I say operate by my hook or by crook method. Invite her back to your place after she gets off of work and let the beard take over
