Yeah, no joke man. 1800 silver is a damn fine tequila, and at a pretty good price. If memory serves, you can get a liter of 1800 for about the same price as a fifth of Patron, and imo, there's not THAT much of a difference. I'm also a big fan of the Cabo Wabo, though it runs pretty close in price to Patron.

A shot of Patron Silver at "The Grill"...the bar in which I was "asked to leave" after spending over $200 (fuckin' pricks) is SEVEN FUCKING DOLLARS. Yet, that night, I must've ordered fifteen shots of it....it was worth it. That was what I ordered when I noticed I had some "leeches" hangin' round. I was buying shots for old friends I had ran into, and these mofo's thought I was ballin' out of control or some shit. So I ask "who wants to do a shot?!"..."Me! me! ME!"...So I count the leeches, "one two three..and order four shots...no one breaks out any cash...so I take a look at them...and slam each shot, without so much as a breath inbetween. The look on their fucking faces was priceless.

The first time I ever tried Patron was the summer of '99 in Nantucket. A buddy of mine and I were at my favorite bar at the time. We had $10 left between the two of us and we asked the bartender to recommend a shot. He asked us if we had ever tried Patron and we said no...neither one of us are huge tequila fans. Well he chilled up enough for 2 shots each and we've been drinking it ever since. Couldn't believe how smooth it was. Best tequila I've ever had fo sho, rap videos or not.

1800 Silver? May have to look for that the next time I talk myself out of throwing down almost $50 for myself.

I'm a huge fan of Patron. People like to talk shit, like I only drink it because I saw it in a rap video, but those are usually the same fucks who when shooting tequila, use the wheels. Not that there's anything wrong with that at all, but I really enjoy the taste of tequila, so no fruit or salt for me.

I also really like 1800 silver. In my opinion, it's not a bad substitute for Patron when money's tight.

I really recommend the drink. All the ingredients will run you about $30 a pitcher but it's a great buzz and it goes down really smooth. I've tried it with other tequila but the Patron Silver is the best in it. On the second pitcher I recommend just finishing off the Patron.

12 ounces of Patron Silver, 12 ounces of Budweiser, 12 ounces of Sprite and a can of frozen Minute Maid Limeade. Mix them all together and serve over ice. My brother in law and I will do 2 pitchers within a couple of hours. Fucked up!

Yeah, to be honest, I had no clue what it was until the woolly mammoth bartender at Tony's said to me one fatefull evening three months ago..."I'll buy you a shot if you promise to drink it...but I'm not going to tell you what it is"...I agreed, and it changed my life...though I'm not sure whether it was for better or worse yet.

At home my new drink of choice is Three Twelves. Gets a little pricey because you have to use Patron Silver but fuck it. Out I like to drink Goose is what I prefer when I'm out but as long as it's liquor I'm game.

-Cherry/Grape/etc Bomb (Whatever flavor Vodka/Red Bull)
-Pink Lemonade (some shit/Red Bull)

If it were just me, and money wasn't an issue, I'd probably stick to shots of 252, with the occasional Crown or Bomb. But only one other person at the bar has the beard to handle a 252, so it ends up being Cherry Bombs or Grape Bombs all night.

I believe I'll be at Roosters around 11:20, two pitchers of Bud Light, then off to Tony's to get plastered. Damn I need a job. BIGBLUEHART and I used to get paid on Mondays (shitty, I know) and we'd go either to Damons for happy hour, or Roosters to check out...the scenery. Now, it's just going out drinking to keep from murdering someone. :p

I've only ever had Grey Goose and Red Bull and like I said, I had no clue I was drinking it. We also left a bag of ice in the middle of my buddy's living room that night.

See...I have a love/hate relationship with Red Bull. It gives me a boost...but then, I don't feel nearly as drunk as I am, because I'm so fucking awake. Then, when the caffiene wears off...yeah, instablackout. I blacked out in the middle of ordering McDonalds in the drive thru once. I remember saying "just give me a steak egg and cheese bagel, and...."...and that's all I remember. I ended up ordering about twenty dollars worth of food, or so the legend goes.
