Only thing they got out of me was taking me to the DUI center to be observed or whatever. I don't remember it happening but my lawyer saw the video so it must have happened. The second the cop came and asked if I would consent to a field sobriety test and I just said I respectfully decline (slurred and took me about three times to get it right according to the police report) I then just pulled out my license and gave it to him and put my hands behind my back.

I Googled "pictures making fun of the Browns, their fans and the entire city of Cleveland" and got 8,000,000,000 hits back. Try again, Ramshish.
Wait until I show you my collection of pictures making fun of the Browns, their fans and the entire city of Cleveland. :tibor:
Federal Civil rights, I'm a Republican and I know you're not making money off of that. I fear that if you start making money off of this I'm giving trees voting rights in the next Democratic primary.

One of my Frat brothers friends who graduated from Stanford Law's Wife is a Pharma Rep who was a waitress in Minnesota circa 98. Mike Ciresi is the best trial attorney in this country. When he hit on the Tobacco case in Minnesota. (I don't care what you say I could train a chimp to win that one) From what my Trial Lawyer friend tells me that's not a big stretch in the late 90's with the massive anti tobbaco atmosphere. He got 400 Million something for winning the case and the Steak house she worked at looked like a locker room after a team clinched the World Series.
My state has no punitives. At all. (Well, they do let you get some if you drunk drive and hurt someone, but I think the max is about 5 times damages, and nobody has gotten more than a six figure award for it yet)

Federal civil rights cases can get them, but the federals courts make it very very hard to prove that the police department did anything wrong as an official policy. You can get an award against the bad cop(s) individually, but they can't pay on their salary, so it is largely a paperless threat.

I'd never get a rolls. I might fund a scholarship or give a shit load to the Hefer Project - and I'm not talking bout Xcountryrunner's gf.
Stating facts and disagreeing with someone isn't a bannable offense. I don't really like questioning decisions made by mods but if something were to happen I'd give my opinion if I didn't think it was reasonable. It sounds personal
