Had a "friend" who laughed at my Rollie. Said he could lose 12 of his watches and still be saving money. He was right, but on a pedestrian level. Now I read that Rolex's are thing of the past. Look to upgrade, and purchase same watch for wifey, and am astounded by prices. Could be my best stock pick of all time, as my Rolex model retails for 4-5x what paid for it. Of course it's got 40+ years less on it....
In DFW? More like the over-abundance of salt and brine put on the roads for that significant 1-2 inches of ice that'll shut the entire area down for days.
