I can't find the annual poll with predictions for the team record, but this thread is also a good reflection.

Despite Saturday's disappointment, it's really important to remember that this team and this new Coach have waaaaaay exceeded our expectations.

I remember my grandmother having a Polaroid camera that looked like this:

I’m sure that’s the answer.

No need to.

Full extermination has been completed.

That's cool Bill. Don't ever step foot in Columbus again. Thanks

3:00 am, I’m creeping into bed drunk after she’s comfortably asleep for four hours.

Hilarious every time. And I get to sleep on the couch and watch more TV!

"The Man who beat the shit out of dumbass dog for eating all of his chocolate" with Julie Andrews

Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders (attended, didn't graduate) and a few members of Devo (not sure if they graduated there).

And me, class of 93.

Useless fact, one of my idiot roommates picked KSU because he thought he would meet Jennifer Jackson. He put the "Kent Read, Kent Write" into Kent State.

Love this team. Fun to watch. They play hard. The Frosh are incredible boosts to the overall execution. I live near a bunch of UK fans and have been talking shart non stop since the win. O..........................H................................

Since the win? Do I understand correctly that OSU beat that ass and then they start talking shit? That's....interesting.

At his age, if the positions of Ohio State and Bucky were reversed, I probably still would have wanted to play for the Buckeyes, even knowing it might really limit my experiences and development. Choosing a lesser home team has its costs, so I hope he loves Bucky. Good luck staying at home.

Yeah we ended up just getting her a phone for the Sphero. The laptop was apparently more for coding outside of the Sphero.

Their only 1-A win was against UMASS- another school that should move back down to 1-AA.

Randy sounds like a recently divorced guy talking about women in the dating pool who aren't sleeping with him, while ignoring the fact that he is balding, has a gut, and never was very cool to begin with.

Back in the late 50s/early 60s on the CBS MLB game of the week (only one game was televised nationally each Saturday) Dizzy Dean and Pee Wee Reese did the game.

and if we were lucky Dizzy would sing "The Walbash Cannonball".....

Dizzy Dean used to break into Wabash Cannonball during his baseball broadcasts...the song, derived from an 18th century folk song, was popularized first by The Carter Family but most famously by Roy Acuff.

Honestly, I don't even know why this is a conversation. I thought it was apparent to everyone that when it came to frontmen, this guy was the full package.

Funny how recruiting works out sometimes

The only time i ever disliked him is when he whined about crowd noise during the 85 game. I have spent enough time explaining why I don't think crowd noise was ever an issue for opposing QBs before the Jesse Owens track was removed (yes, the track had that name before they built the track stadium). Overall he was a good guy when he wasn't trying to handle the disappointment of losing the only #1 ranking he ever had. Happy trails Coach Fry. Tell Woody I said hi, and maybe ask him if you can get back that lunch money he took from you when you were SMU's coach.

Pretty cool that he chose Stanford. Great choice.

Also funny that the sons of Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith both chose Stanford out of HS.
