Buckeye Games on Either VHS or DVD

If anyone has an extensive collection of old buckeye games on DVD such as those mentioned above, I'm willing to rip them, make torrents, share the torrents on these forums, and seed them forever. If you are in the Columbus area, we can utilize sneaker-net to temporarily borrow the collection. This is a standing offer even if you read this long after I post it.

PSU only had a $4M buyout for him. Oopsie poopsie.

Really all B1G teams should have a hefty buyout on new hires that essentially guarantees other schools won't pry them away. What is all that TV money good for if you can't at least leverage it to make sure you keep good young coaches? No way B1G teams should see successful coaches leaving after 2 years.

Elyria Catholic becomes the second Ohio high school to hire a Buckeye-laden staff to lead its football program this offseason. Former Ohio State quarterback Stanley Jackson recently became the head coach at Westerville North High School and hired a staff of Buckeyes to assist him that includes Beanie Wells, Winfield Garnett, Reggie Germany, Ashanti Webb and Paris Long.

Just sayin': Elyria Catholic should schedule a game with Westerville North.....:gagnam:

2024 CA DB Marcelles Williams (Southern Cal Verbal)

This is one to watch. https://n.rivals.com/news/recruiting-rumor-mill-spring-break-visits-on-deck-for-top-prospects
USC makes a whole lot of sense for the four-star cornerback from Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco but Williams will be making a trip through the Southeast soon and the chatter is that Ohio State is really where Williams wants to play. There has not been much talk about the Buckeyes and Williams but things could be trending that way soon.

Ohio State vs Purdue, Mar 11, 2023, 1 PM ET, CBS

“They have an advantage because of his size and mass and weight, and they say – it’s like teams that foul you for 40 minutes and they say, ‘They can’t call them all.’ Coaches will tell you that,” Holtmann said. “They can’t call all the fouls. Well, what they’re saying is, ‘Hey, they’re not gonna call it more than once at the most, so why wouldn’t we just park him there?’ It’s smart on their part. And what we’ve got to do is be able to adjust better, and that’s what we’re trying to do.”

Holtmann admitted that Edey “probably gets fouled on occasion and it’s not called,” and also credited the dominant big man as a “really good” player. Still, Holtmann said it’s clear that Purdue knows it can take advantage of the lack of three seconds calls from the officiating crew.

Ohio State vs Iowa, Mar 9, 2023, 2:30 PM EST, BTN

Yeah he had a meniscus issue in High School too. All that needs to happen is for him to get a non-favorable draft position grade and he'll be back.

Since he is injured, and conspiracy theories aside, the school confirmed it with holding him out and telling everyone it was an injury, I'd say the odds are he'll be back now. Probably only 1 more year, but it's a year to get quicker, maybe slim down a bit and also maybe go on a big time run.

Thanks for the info, didn't know he's had an injury issue before coming to Columbus. Fingers crossed he can get healthy and put together a great season to boost his draft stock, he's probably the most talented scorer I've seen here since Russell, and before him Conley.
