Zwick vs. Smith (official thread)

Mili, your entire post just reinforced what I have already said. Again, we're all adults (or at least young adults) here and can refrain from smearing. Our problems aren't independent of the quarterback situation. There are intangibles, along with performance, that Zwick hasn't brought to the table. If you want to continue debate, as opposed to childish and immature attacks, we can discuss who would be better for the job. The next time I want your opinion on the priority of Ohio States problems I will ask.

Well, until you get a clue, I'll keep giving you my opinion. As for my post reinforcing what you've said, get some therapy...it doesn't agree with you at all. Your initial post in the thread said that there's an obvious leadership difference between Smith and Zwick...nothing more. In your second post you compared Zwick with the QB from Vanderbilt. In your fourth post, which I quoted, you said that you refuse to believe that our offensive line is that much worse than Vanderbilt's. You've placed no blame whatsoever on the OL and all of it on Zwick. Then when I point out that Zwick's performance has been a direct result of the poor OL support he's been getting, you say my entire post just reinforced what you have already said...nothing could be farther from the truth.

That is a half truth. I have stated on several threads that our offensive line isn't very good. Not being very good and refusing to believe they're not worse than Vanderbilt aren't marginally different statements. In case you don't watch the SEC, Vanderbilt hasn't had a winning season for 24 years. I never blamed Zwick for "all of" our problems. I think he has played poorly (EVEN WITH TIME) and it's time to see what Smith can do for us. Care to discuss? Afterall, that is essentially what this thread is about..............

So there are there any clowns left that still think that Zwick would lead this offense better than Smith? I hope you all enjoyed eating your words.
That is just a stupid comment to make during this game. Smith has played great today, but there is still a half to go and he didn't shine all that great against Purdue.

Here's a perfect example of a piece of shit post. Middle of the freaking Michigan game, and some tools can only spout off about something as meaningless as Smith/Zwick. A Buckeye fan would be ecstatic Smith shrugged off last week's performance and has led us to a halftime lead over the Wolverines.

Agreed Clarity, let's hope he can keep it going for the whole game. It is great to see him making good decisions and playing well. I think the whole team including the defense is rallying around his efforts.

And here's an example of someone who is completely unable to admit that he was wrong. Yeah your right... I'm just not a "real" buckeyes fan... pathetic.

You are picking the wrong fight, kid... I'd lay off. But that's just my opinion.
