Kansas City is done. Now it's a two-team race.

In their past 12 games the Tribe is 5-7, and their overall record is now 61-45 (.575).

In their past 13 games, Detroit is 10-3, and their overall record is now 59-49 (.546).

The Indians need to go 29-27 (.518) to reach the 90-72 mark.

The Tigers need to go 31-23 (.574) to reach the 90-72 mark.

Despite suffering a cold streak, and Detroit going on a hot streak, the Tribe is still in the driver's seat.

But to prevent the jinx ... THEY"RE STILL SHITTY!!!!!

Hopefully this was just a case of Minnesota having the Tribes number.

Yankees tomorrow. Tomlin vs Pineda whos era is in the 5s hopefully the offense doesnt decide to flop

I will never understand why they brought Gonzales up to do nothing. It was an absolute waste of his time and talent. Of course, I am assuming that they are going to ship him down to Columbus now that Francona has Martinez back.

They meet seven times: September 16-18 in Cleveland, and September 26-29 in Detroit.

If the Tribe wins 4 of those 7 games then they should win the division even though THEY'RE STILL SHITTY!!!!
