The Arrested Development one is spot on for me. I think it was only a couple weeks ago when I fell asleep and woke up with that same exact loop.

Probably the most memorable/annoying menu music and sounds for me. A friend of mine fell asleep in his room with the door locked after he had just finished that movie. I wanted to kill myself because I could hear the menu looping over and over again.
