Reports are that the BOT will release a full report in 30-45 days or so; so after the University's response to the NCAA's LOA and possibly after the hearing.

More importantly, and despite the media's attempts to convince us of something different, the LOA does not mention failure to monitor (or LOIC) and thus the NCAA won't even consider it as it's not an issue before them. Frankly, the Ohio State investigation stands today precisely as it stood in March. The only differences are we are minus one head coach and one QB. Those facts actually help Ohio State - the university... or it would.. if the university had been "charged" with anything.
