**You can bet the scramble going on right now in C-Bus - is the Prez and AD trying to hang on to THEIR jobs, nothingmore ... Tress'll be cut loose quick as you can say Jack Robinson ... the only fear for OSU wrt Tress, the only reason they'd be careful, is that he might squeal -- that just means a generous buyout to buy his silence
 Even with so many facts to attack OSU with instead, Thomas still resorts to making up garbage.

How do you know it didn't - and a Higher Being is not just letting you continue to follow Buckeye Sports? I mean, it IS supposed to be Heaven.

You're still here, so I'm quite doubtful that this is heaven. :p

Well, that is sort of circular logic isn't it?

That would be like reading where Coach Boom had been stiffing wait staff for years (giving no or 5% tips), and then when you observe Coach Boom being given slow/poor service by wait staff in a restaurant (due to resentment over years of poor tipping), saying, "Looks like Boom was proven right - they are horrible waiters!"

At the very least, it may be a chicken and egg - which came first? *

Edit: did not see jax use of chicken and egg. Jax has florida speed

* the one logged in to Romper room :p

Here in Big Ten country, we call it a self-fulfilling prophesy.

10tv just had a follow-up story on the news. They claim the BMV found no crimes occurred in any of the deals.

Gibson traded in a 2003 Monte Carlo (bought in 2007 for ~$15k, traded in for only $1k) in order to reduce the price of the car down to $13700. Salesman told BMV that the dealership does similar deals for non-athletes in order to get the sales tax down.

[In Ohio, you pay sales tax on the price of the purchased vehicle if it's a used car, while you pay sales tax only on the difference (sale minus trade) on a new car.]

It's a whole bunch of nothing, in my imo.

dang, I wish I could have bought a car for 15K when I was in college.

Ehh, it's only $250 a month. You could easily make that in one weekend bar backing or bouncing. I used to make $150-$200 a night. Heck, a majority of kids in my high school had 15k+ cars.

Facebook

Former teammate of Terrelle Pryor and Co. tells The Lantern he, too, sold gear, players don't listen to NCAA rules. Stay tuned to thelantern.com for more.

I realize facebook is not supposed to be an authorized site here from which we should link, but like people are starting to link to Twitter updates of journalists I assume that a facebook update of a media organization (as opposed to a player) is okay. If not I apologize.
