Looks like the consensus is XBOX. Does anyone know if I can get the "Brothers In Arms" game for XBOX? Thanks for all the info, I know where I can get one tomorrow without a problem as long as I can get the WWII games ("Call to Duty", "Brothers" etc.).

Brothers of Arms you shouldn't have any trouble getting I don't think. The call of Duty 2 being referred to though is for the xbox 360 (which isn't the same thing as the Xbox).

jwins,

I don't know about you, but as a 31 year old male I'd be really embarassed to be camping out in front of a Bestbuy on Saturday night just to get one of these. I've slinked around a kiosk or two just to get a quick hands on of the new controller and stuff, man this system is really slick, and I can't wait to try the new "dashboard" feature for all the online stuff.

PS2 has nothing on the Xbox. All the games that I have played on both of them are much better for xbox and the load times are at least twice as fast. PS2 controllers are too small for me, but I have big hands and love the big xbox controller. They also make smaller xbox controllers for you (snicker) small handed people. Halo 1 is still the best Xbox game IMHO if you aren't going to use xbox live. You can get most of the older titles like that for $20 or less now.
I would guess that most of the people that are pimping PS2 in this thread started with a PS1 and have worked their way up so they are biased. For anyone who never owned a PS1 the xbox if by far the favorite.
