A law enforcement official close to the investigation tells The Associated Press that pro wrestler Chris Benoit strangled his wife and smothered his son before hanging himself in his weight room

Very sad, like I said before you just have to wonder what pushes someone to the point where they end up killing their own wife and kid.

I know the MSNBC story said they were checking to see if steriods were involved in some way.

As for all the otehr stuff, WWE thought they were doing the righht thing in doing a tribute to him on the website and during their show, they also have done the right thing is removing that as more and more of the facts have come out.

This is really sad. And dont jump all over me thinking I am defending him, but I met the guy twice. One of the nicest guys you could talk to. There is nothing in this world, or out of it, that would bring me to do something like that. Yikes.

very true and all though i do not watch WWE i thought it was the correct thing to do last night. Then i read it this morning where the Police said it was a Benoit that murdered his family and i hated seeing the tribute items still on the WWE website.

Fucking piece of shit, having two sons of my own close to that age it just physically makes me sick to think about that. I saw a clip of his "tribute video" from WWE on Monday night and it showed him hugging and kissing his son after he won the championship, God do I regret watching that now. It turns my stomach. Like I said, I hope he has a special place in Hell.

Definitely. Sometimes death is too good for some people. I would rather him spend the rest of his life suffering with the guilt and getting his in prison before he spent eternity rotting.

From what I've seen, there we're several reports, all pointing to a murder-suicide and it looked like Benoit killed his wife and son. "Condoning lame ass accusations towards a dead" :slappy: whats lame about it? They were the reports out early, as it turns out they found Benoit with a noose around his neck so they already knew what had happened.. what planet are you on? "without waiting for the slightest bit of info?"
