Wrestling Chat (WWF, WWE, WCW, etc.)

Was in Mexico last week. Just checked out the hightlights and results. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of the Rumble. And the other matches were pretty solid too.

Loved seeing AJ debut, although he needs a haircut. LOL.

As for Stroman, I think calling him Giant Gonzales is being to nice. With that stupid finisher, he's more like The Yeti V2.0

The whole Bryan situation is strange. He went from several doctors clearing him to wrestle to being forced to retire in a matter of days. Someone really needs to review the doctor licenses of the first couple that said he was fine.
There can be a big difference between current status and future risk, particularly with TBI. My guess is that acutely, he is fine, but that long term, the risk is high for permanent damage, so he made the logical decision.

In one of the more bizarre incidents ever...apparently as Vince was walkin off stage after Daniel Bryan's retirement, Titus O'Neal "playfully" grabbed his arm as he walked by. Vince apparently took exception to the extent that he turned around and gave what looked like a shove. Now Titus is suspended for 90 days and will miss Wrestlemania (and it's payday). Just when I thought I had seen everything in WWE...

Not that it was a surprise, but Reins beats Ambrose and Lesnar to go on to face Trips at Mania................It's amazing WWE continues to push Roman because the crowd was not happy about him winning. Your "top face" to meet the ultimate heel at Mania and the crowd is booing the shit out of him after he wins. They just don't get it.

That was an awful PPV. Awful. And WTF are they burying the Wyatt family with 2 has-beens and a never will be? Brutal. They even managed to make Edge and Christian, and the New Day, look awful.

since I started watching again in August this was by far the worst PPV we have watched. Creative is either incompetent or VKM is just flat out telling them what to write. an opportunity to have Ambrose torment The Authority for six weeks and have a huge build up for WM has been missed. How you can go to WM and not have your top crowd favorite in the main event is just stupid. i now have no interest in WM.

Should be an interesting Raw. They need to plant seeds and get the ball rolling on some feuds if they want the big Mania payoff. No clue about Taker. Lesnar has no opponent. Now Ambrose has nothing since he doesn't even have the IC title any more.

I am guessing they are also giving this "award" to HHH to try desperately to generate heat for WM so that the entire crowd doesn't root for him.Which they will anyway.

I have seen talk that UT will be facing someone not on the active roster. Sting? Can't be Hogan or Austin.

how is Sting going to go from 'almost paralyzed' to WM32 againt UT? the award tonight goes to HHH because it is the most predictable thing to do. fans will boo...fans will boo louder when Reigns' music hits. its just a crappy job by the WWE. i've never been less interested.
