WR Terry McLaurin (2x Pro Bowl, Washington Commanders)

Indiana(the Indianapolis area more specifically) is very deep at the WR position this year, and terry is #2 overall and 2nd best WR. 8 of the top 15 recruits in indiana(if you include Lonnie Johnson as a WR instead of S) are WRs, and all but Johnson are from Indianapolis. The article speaks very highly of mclaurin, and I can't wait to see him in our offense. He seems like a great replacement to Philly brown in another year, play similarly, IMO.

It's funny that all of his peers admit that he's the fastest, which is scary when you think the speed that Meyer and staff is accumulating.

There is just this want nationally I feel to see OSU vs Alabama. Urban vs Saban, we're both 1 and 2 in recruiting this year and last year, Both are historic programs, and now with Terry McLaurin.

Urban asks his people frequently are we doing "insert task" harder than Alabama? Now from my vantage point Nick Saban seems to finally feel the presence of OSU/Urban Meyer on the recruiting path.

I'm glad Terry is solid to tosu but count me in with the group that although hopes for a Alabama/tOSU showdown in the national championship

The QB for cathedral isn't exactly the most talented. I kind of feel bad for terry, I don't think he'll get too many long bombs, because the QB just doesn't have the arm, terry may have a lot of screens and slants over the middle. It was definitely evident in the game that terry has speed though

Still ranked below Dominique Booth, who also camped at OSU but couldn't garner that offer.

In fact, we offered three of the top four WRs in Indiana with Booth being the lone exception, but Booth is still consistently ranked higher than the two that tOSU landed.

Recruiting services are not and should not drop players by which teams do not offer. Maybe he doesn't fit osu protocol receiver that they look for, but Alabama, A n m and 40 other schools want him. Plus he is only 10 spots ahead of Mclaurin, that is nothing. I like both there film but personally think Ohio State took the right one. But who is to say Booth doesn't end up killing it at Alabama or A n M
