As much as I REALLY want Marlon in Columbus, with every passing day I just do not believe that he comes north... UGA is my guess. I think he is a great kid, and would welcome him with open arms... I just do not see it right now.

However, things are looking up in 2010 for another 6'5" 205 WR from OHIO, in our own backyard... Tyrone Williams. I didn't want people to forget about Ty :). Watch his video to hold you over... smooth, smooth receiver... he's like a gazelle when he runs.

Tyrone Williams Profile - Football Recruiting

At 6-5 and 205 pounds, Williams is the type of big and physical receiver that is always in demand at the college level. Beyond just being a big receiver, Williams can also run. He reports to have run a 4.5 40-yard dash, and has been a big-play receiver for Shaw.

This kid could be a great addition to our WR corps. I wouldn't miss Marlon Brown TOO much if we snagged this kid next year. 6'5'' and 4.5 speed sounds great in S&G to me!!
