If his mind is already made up then why not announce now. I think Ray is going to contribute immediately.

After thinking about it for a few minutes, im also glad that he is waiting. Its better for Glenville, since they will attract more interest(which can make players want to transfer there, and other things like that), and its also better for OSU because an announcement on signing day would get more publicity than one right now...

My feeling is that I hope that if Ray really is planning on joining Rob Rose, that he does in fact wait until Signing Day to announce. Like scarletngrey77 said, it brings great publicity to the Glenville program, to Ray and his family and to the Buckeyes. I am all for it if that is what he has planned...
