WR Noah Brown (Washington Commanders)

If he was a 800 yard receiver he would've got the yards. Good luck to him but he's making a very big mistake.

Very surprised by this as it never even entered my mind he would go pro.

Positive side this means we see a ton of Mack, Victor, Grimes, and hopefully Gibson.
Give up on Gibson buddy...

Man, we have:
Victor
Mack
McLaurin
Campbell
Hill
Incoming: Grimes, Lindsey (and maybe Harris)

Brown was as proven as any of these guys, and I could see several of these guys learning to block as well. And also most could work well in the new offense. That's why Brown isn't that much of a hit. All of these guys have as much potential as Brown. Start Victor, Hill or Mack and don't miss a beat
That's assuming of course they get proper coaching.

Hi, the year is 2017. Welcome back from your 2 year coma. To fill you in quickly, Tom Herman is at Texas and in his replacement, Tim Beck and Ed Warriner have driven the offense into the ground.

Bottom line, he was a rSo in his first major PT coming off a terrible injury and he played in a vertically challenged offense. You, nor I, have any clue if he would've been an 800 yard receiver. But losing his talent and experience is undeniably a hit to the offense.

Brown had more catches, yards, and TD's and was a better blocker than every single guy you listed. So no, he was more proven than everyone not named Curtis.

I didn't say losing him is a crippling blow. But it is a noteworthy loss

Well we won't know if we didn't take shots because of play calling or if it's because we didn't have the horses. We will never know that but what I think we know is Brown is not able to threaten deep that's just not his game.

Good possession guy with good hands but really had a hard time getting open after the Oklahoma game. Noah was a solid WR but he would've benefited by coming back finally 100% with a true offensive coordinator.

He could've played his way into the 2nd round. He won't be a top 4 rounder at this point.

Like I said tho good luck Noah and I'm looking forward to seeing what the young pups have.

well in a sense I agree you won't miss a beat but only because there was barely a beat to be found last year

concerning part is that none of those guys could step up and earn time or targets last year

And neither could Brown(he earned time, but did little with targets). Maybe he finds an NFL team that can utilize his skillset
