WR Marvin Harrison, Jr. (Silver Football, 2x Unanimous All-American, 2023 Biletnikoff winner, Heisman Finalist, Arizona Cardinals)

Does Wahlberg have ties to Ohio or something? That feels so random that he has a car dealership in Columbus
Not that I am aware of other than he bought into a car dealer franchise and I am guessing Ohio was the territory they picked. He's from MA so I kind of always wondered the same thing.

MARK WAHLBERG BRAND

Mark Wahlberg Automotive Group was founded in 2018 through an unprecedented partnership between Jay Feldman and actor Mark Wahlberg. What started out as a one Chevy dealership in Columbus, Ohio has grown to include 3 Chevrolet stores, a Buick-GMC-Hummer store, and 2 Airstream and RV stores – all in the great state of Ohio.

Five 2024 draft prospects who could be NFL starters today
WR MARVIN HARRISON JR., OHIO STATE

As just a true sophomore in 2022, Harrison was one of the best receivers in college football, posting an elite 90.7 receiving grade. In an offense that had plenty of playmakers, he commanded a 29.7% wide receiver usage rate and posted a very impressive 137.1 quarterback rating when targeted. He already showed so much polish and playmaking ability well beyond his years. If he can continue to dominate with a quarterback change in Columbus, there won’t be many knocks on his scouting report.

When it comes to how high we’ve seen receivers get drafted in recent years, Ja’Marr Chase and Corey Davis went No. 5 overall in their respective drafts in 2021 and 2017. Amari Cooper, Sammy Watkins and A.J. Green went No. 4 overall in 2015, 2014 and 2011. We haven’t seen a wide receiver get drafted in the top three since Calvin Johnson was selected No. 2 overall in 2007. Harrison has the hype to threaten that streak.

1. MARVIN HARRISON JR., WR, OHIO STATE

11669245.jpeg

The eye-popping numbers Marvin Harrison Jr. produced a year ago may not be fully sustainable as Ohio State breaks in a new quarterback to replace star signal-caller C.J. Stroud, but Harrison already proved he is a top-3 wide receiver in the nation, having been a finalist for the 2022 Biletnikoff Award. He ranked second nationally with 52 catches of 10-plus yards and ranked sixth with six 40-plus-yard receptions. Harrison became Ohio State’s first-ever unanimous All-American receiver and earned a handful of first-team selections, and coming off a campaign in which he amassed 77 receptions for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns, he projects as a candidate for the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson launches NIL campaign featuring UNC's Drake Maye, Ohio State's Marvin Harrison Jr.

Seven college stars inked deals with The Rock's energy drink.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has signed seven college athletes to NIL deals to promote his energy drink, ZOA Energy. "The Rock's Warriors" is an annual program highlighting athletes "personally selected" by Johnson, and this year's group features Drake Maye (North Carolina), Marvin Harrison Jr. (Ohio State), Brock Bowers (UGA), Kamren Kinchens (Miami), Angel Reese (LSU), Hansel Enmanuel (Austin Peay) and Amaya Gainer (Florida A&M).

"I personally selected these phenomenal individuals because of the energy, tenacity, and excitement they bring to the game," The Rock said in a statement. "With a diverse set of stories and experiences, they're driven, hungry, talented and ready for ZOA to help fuel them to greatness."

The athletes are part of an upcoming marketing campaign and will be tapped to create and share promotional content on social media.

Just sayin': Now that is how NIL deals are suppose to work.....

If he's not already your favorite player, he should be. Kid embodies everything that football should be about. I want this kid #1 overall in the Draft and also the top paid player because the focus meets the talent. He wants to win games here, I'll be rooting for you MH regardless of my ulterior motives.
