LOL….Marv isn’t going anywhere.

Beyond the coaching he’s getting from Hartline, there’s really nothing that changes him being the #1 WR off the board in 2024 draft.

Also, his dad is a HOF WR….it’s not like money is even an issue.

It is semi-interesting Emeka was trying to be poached for NIL money and he was willing to share that….that is completely illegal but not surprising in the least.

I'm serious, I think Lincoln Riley is the biggest POS coach I've ever ran into. The way he left Oklahoma and the kids he took from that program? He already killed that school for 2022. We cannot allow him to step in and take anyone here.

If he were to do that? My goodness what else do you need here NCAA?

Why would he want to leave a championship contender to go to USC? There may be reasons obviously but like already said, he's the #1 guy off the board at WR and possibly period, a legit Heisman contender and national champion possibly in Columbus. Not going to get developed better than he already is and I believe the Nil is available for him where he is. I'd consider that a short term solution to a lifetime problem

Not only that McCord is his highschool QB and friend.

No matter how good Caleb is. He's shown himself to be less than mature.

I’m fairly certain both Marv and Egbuka were asked about poaching, and both were kinda mum about it. Marv’s answer was much more committed than Egbuka saying he’s “content.”

That said:
1) Riley is a POS
2) Neither are going anywhere (especially at this stage in their career)
3) I could see a younger WR go there, but that’s kind of in the rumor mill section, so so I will stop there.

Ohio State Star Marvin Harrison Jr. Addresses Transfer Rumor

On The Roosters Report web show, Jeremy Birmingham of Rivals said he asked Harrison about a potential move to USC.

"I did ask Marvin Harrison a very important question," Birmingham said. "I asked him when he’s packing his stuff to transfer to USC. And he said, and I quote, ‘Where the [bleep] do they come up with this stuff?'"

Probably pissed due to a cheap shot, being held out even though he knows it's the right decision, and knowing the game was out of his hands. Nothing else to read from it.

Yeah he's gonna get plenty of NIL deals. I'm specifically excited to see them move him around more and feed him the ball after a year starting. Much better doing that than learning a new offense.

I’d say close to 0 for any north of the Mason-Dixon line.

Our inability to keep players on the field or healthy in general sabotaged the season.

For us much crap as Stroud took (some from me) he finished the Georgia game without:
top 2 WR’s
Top 3 TB’s
TE.

Not many. But that's good on our team and medical staff of not risking the player for the instant reward.

Dabo would have played him the last 2 drives. Also depending on how you view Caffey it was top 4 RBs or 4 of the top 5

Wait, I thought that our staff and trainers were putting kids back on the field before they were healthy and putting themselves in a position to be embarrassed. Or… that’s what I’ve been told here.

Harrison concussion protocol entry in the third quarter of Ohio State's loss to Georgia in the Peach Bowl will make lists of "what-ifs" for years to come. Prior to his exit, Harrison had his way with the Bulldogs' vaunted defense to the tune of five catches for 106 yards and two touchdowns. Regardless of how Harrison's season ended, the upcoming junior wideout will enter 2023 as a favorite for the Biletnikoff Award after racking up 1,263 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns on 77 catches in 13 games.

ESPN's take: "A finalist for the Biletnikoff Award as the top receiver in college football last season, Harrison is what everybody is looking for at that position. He's 6-4 and 205 pounds with the speed and skill to go up and get any pass in his vicinity. Harrison caught 77 passes last season, including 20 catches of 20 yards or longer. He's hauled in 17 touchdown passes in his past 14 games, dating back to the final game of his freshman season, when he tied a Rose Bowl record with three touchdown catches."
