Looks like he committed this morning. Bill K has confirmed this ESPN report.

ESPNU 150 wide receiver Evan Spencer (Vernon Hills, Ill.) committed to Ohio State Saturday morning, ESPN affiliate Web site IrishSportsDaily.com reports.

Notre Dame, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Oregon, Cincinnati, Minnesota, Purdue and Wisconsin also offered the 6-foot, 178-pound prospect.

Both of Spencer's parents attended Ohio State and his father, Tim, played for the Buckeyes before moving on to the NFL.

Evan caught 14 touchdown passes during his junior campaign.

Wow, great commit to follow Mr. Miller! Congrats Evan, can't wait to see you on the field in Cbus in a year! Our offense is going to be very dangerous for a while, the nation better take notice! Let's hope we get another WR soon to close out the position for this class! Go Bucks!!!
