Posey takes the State Title in the 400m

Cincinnati Ohio LaSalle senior Devier Posey won the state title in the 400 meters and came in fourth in the 100 meters and the 200 meters. It was the last time Posey will compete in the 400 meters as he plans to play wide receiver exclusively at Ohio State in the fall.

with his huge legs and speed , he looks like the next David Boston. That would be great if they both have the same freshmen stats.:)

Where exactly did Mili bash you?

It's not his fault you didn't read the entire sentence, and it makes you look even worse by flaming.
flaming? I was asking if we had any more information on this "Maxwell Award for best WR in America" because up until now I hadn't heard about it. I was looking for who he beat out and the criteria to be considered. It was a simple request.

You specifically asked, quote: "What is this Maxwell Award? I hadn't heard about it until now." That's it. No "Who'd did he beat out?" or "What's the criteria?".

By the way, guess what comes up when you input "2008 maxwell award wide receiver" into Google... :roll1:

Better Know A Buckeye: DeVier Posey

Posted by Vico in Better Know A Buckeye | Jul.01.08
DeVier Posey, with mom, signs his LOI

In this 18th installment of our Better Know A Buckeye series for the 2008 class, I get around to the three remaining big names and Army All-Americans left to consider. I start with DeVier Posey, a wideout and Parade All-American from Cincinnati?s LaSalle HS. Posey?s story is special in its own way, as he went from ending his junior year without a single offer to committing to the Buckeyes just over 3 months later. Along the way, Posey played a significant role in shaping the course of 2008 recruiting for Ohio State. In this feature, I discuss DeVier?s (relatively brief) recruitment, his decision for a quick commitment and where he contributed for recruiting in 2008. I also incorporate discussion on what he brings to the Buckeyes on the field, where he fits in with the Buckeyes plan for the next couple years, and miscellaneous things of passing importance.
Just as a matter of note, Terrelle Pryor will be the next Better Know A Buckeye feature I do, and given his own story, it might take several weeks in order to do it right.

That's great news!!! Because currently our best Buckeyes to ever wear #8 include Bobby Olive, Stanley Jackson, and Steve Bellisari... hopefully, Posey will do great things here at tOSU and be able to rise to the tops of this list to claim he's the best Buckeye to ever wear #8!
