Ran a 4.72 at a NIKE combine, which is probably closer to the more accurate time (they time theirs electronically I'm pretty sure). If I recall, Jalin Marshall ran a 4.66 forty, and we all know he plays faster than that on the field. Those guys running 4.40 electronic 40's at the combine train for months specifically to get those times so low, and that's why you see so many skill guys running 4.65s in HS.
Haven't watched film of him yet, but I'm sure he plays much faster on the field. His scout profile acknowledges that while he isn't the speediest receiver, he's a really good route runner and creates separation that way, and that's really all that matters.
