I'm glad he got one at the end. Dude seems to have no trouble getting open. Hopefully the drops were just first-game jitters, but it does seem like he needs to work on his strength to make contested catches like Jeremiah's first TD.

The second one was just a helluva defense play. Maybe JJ holds onto that, but it was a great strip and the kid still needs to add some size and strength.

Just a case of freshman nerves. I couldn't imagine being 18yo and running out into a crowd of 100,00+ screaming fans. He'll be fine

Chris dropped 2, ergo, he'll be twice the player as JJ.

The second one. The first one would have stood, which was right before JJ's toe tap TD.

Do believe he'll be OK. Watching JJ, not having otherworldly expectations put on his shoulders, and making freshman mistakes. Also, getting his feet wet, all will make him better. Not worried at all.

Little bit of freshman jitters/kinks or adjustment to the next level. I think he'll come along as the season goes, he's too talented not to.
