Carnell Tate told Wiltfong that his decision has been made, he’s just waiting for the videographer to finish the commitment video. He said the school he chose has a great winning atmosphere, history of developing WRs and a great offense.

The three finalists are Ohio State, Tennessee and Notre Dame, this is what he had to say about Ohio State:

“I love Brian Hartline and what he’s done for the receivers over there. What he’s done with Chris (Olave) and Garrett (Wilson). They went on to be first round picks. His player development is great over there. With Coach Day calling plays his offense is a receiver friendly offense and every receiver loves that.”
