Extremely happy for Braxton, he's going off... also kinda sad and pissed because he wasn't used as a true WR during his Senior year... Oh well...

For some reason I can't let the N/D be deleted from my DVR. I watch that game thinking back how the fuck did we let MSU off the hook. We had them down 14 - 7. For sure I thought we would somehow get Braxton free for a couple of scores. I had such high hopes for him all year long. But there is no use crying over spilt milk. Just gotta let it go :>(

Day 3: Hype train has left the station. Absolutely not out of the realm that Braxton's measurables at the Combine could vault him into the 1st round. He is doing everything Dallas coaches are asking of him, including KR, PR, and kick coverage.

On if he's going to run the 40-yard dash at the scouting combine in Indianapolis:
"Absolutely. It's going to be a low 4.3 (seconds). I like to set goals for myself, I don't know if it will come true or not, but I want to run a 4.28. I feel like I'm capable of it because I ran a 4.36 when I was 215 (pounds) playing quarterback. I had bad eating habits too, so now I'm on a strict diet, working out, training hard, weighing 204, so hopefully. We'll see."
On what he misses eating most:
"Burgers. Burgers and french fries. There's just something about them burgers and french fries. But it's all good for the figure, just staying where I'm at now, so I don't want to mess it up. I'm on a strict diet."
On the strangest question he's been asked during team interviews:
"They all want to do a background check on you but they were all really shocked that I didn't have any issues with the law, with anything at Ohio State. They were like, 'So you were always like this growing up?' I was like, 'Yeah, I like to be clean.' I don't want to be involved in any riff-raff. I don't want that stuff on my conscience. Handle your stuff like a grown man and take care of your business."

MOBILE, Ala. — One-on-one drills at the goal line. Braxton Miller vs. Minnesota cornerback Eric Murray, a player Miller had singled out Wednesday for being a difficult and extremely aggressive defender. Miller takes three steps toward the goal line, plants, fakes a move outside and then cuts on a dime back inside and leaves Murray frozen. The ball meets Miller, who snags it as he tumbles to the ground and loses his helmet, Murray recovering to tackle him from behind.
Miller leaps up and lets Murray hear about it, jawing aggressively enough that aCowboys’ coach has to step between the two. On Miller’s next rep, he does the same to Northern Iowa cornerback Deiondre’ Hall, among the Senior Bowl stars here. Quick burst forward, double move, defender turned to dust. Miller and Hall exchange words, too, Hall seemingly livid that Miller had worked him over.
A quarterback playing receiver doesn't make those catches. Few of the other receivers here—maybe none—could have pulled them off with the same level of blistering footwork.
Miller has asserted himself time and again this week as a standout at receiver, and not in a gimmicky way or with a “not bad for a position change” undertone. He legitimately has been the most impressive receiver in Mobile and arguably the best player, period. As a result, the conversations about him have changed. Forget for now the possibility that he'll fall to the mid-rounds. The Ohio State product is on track to be off the board long before that.
I polled a few different Senior Bowl attendees, ranging from media to scouts, about Miller’s current stock. The general consensus: Don’t be surprised if Miller hears his name called late in Round 1; by Round 2, he could become a bargain.
“He's not a project,” Eric Galko of Optimum Scouting told me. That sentiment was echoed almost verbatim by an NFL scout, who added, “He's been better than I expected.”
