Wisconsin Badgers (Official Thread)

Geez the Badgers suck! It seems like once a team goes up on them they go into a shell and pack it in. Alabama is honestly not that good and they allowed the 2nd half to get away. That TD run by Drake was inexcusable for all of the talk of the staff teaching such great fundamentals and coaching up 3star talent

Doesn't seem like they have anyone who can make plays down the field, and no Melvin Gordon replacement to rip off 40 yard runs. With that joke of a schedule though, they really shouldn't lose another game though. Maybe Nebraska will give them a run.

Down only 14-7 at half, with total yardage being almost identical IIRC. If fat-fuck Gag-on-no-one didn't doink the FG at the end of the half it would've been14-10 at the half, with Wiscy getting the second-half kickoff. So yea, fucking contrarian, they were playing them tough...
They got their ass handled by Bama in the end. I don't know if Bama is a world beater but they put the clamps down on Wiscy. It was an impressive start for them and perhaps not so much for Wiscy.

Not disagreeing that Bama put the hammer down in the second half, but Wisconsin did play them tough and fairly evenly in the first half. They just become Wiscy in the second half...

I think the Wiscy program is about to take a serious step back compared to the success they've had over the last decade...like to a consistent 8-5 type of team. Programs can't run through 3 (4 if you count Alverez) head coaches in 4 years and keep trucking. Consistent turnover of coaching staffs is a major detriment to long term success, system or not. Plus, Chryst strikes me as a terribly mediocre coach.
