Game Thread Wisconsin at tOSU, Sep 28th, 8 ET, ABC/ESPN/ESPN2

While I agree partly...the fact that they kept giving it to Brax over and over made no sense. Why not hand the ball off to Hyde? Where are the screens? Instead of throwing the ball deep, why not run some of the short curls we had success with the entire 1st half?

It's like the coaches just didn't care offensively in the 2nd half.

Hyde wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire in the second half himself.

I'm an OSU grad, I love our Buckeyes, but I don't honestly believe we are a top 4 team at this point. Top ten? Maybe, but I can think of more than 3 teams I would favor over us if my life depended on it.

Fortunately, we don't have those teams on our schedule and we've won 17 in a row. I'll just go with that for now. :pimp:

That was, possibly, the best team we'll see til bowl time. We'll see what happens in Evanston next Saturday night, but their defense isn;t near the caliber of Wiscy's,

Closer than maybe it should have been, but they always are against Bucky. Considering we had a couple of big plays that should have resulted in scores end in drops, our "all-american/1st round draft pick" CB was pantsed, and the offense was basically buttoned up midway through the 3rd, they still lead the whole game and beat a very strong team. Just keep winning.

I tend to agree, and I beat that drum all offseason. Offensively, when needed, I think we match up with anybody. The defense scares me, big time. It's an unusual feeling to have to resolve...

I'm very nervous about next week. But, win that, and I'll feel a lot better about running this schedule...

The O-line had a subpar game compared to their usual standards. It didn't help that we didn't stretch either vertically or horizontally to keep the box from getting too crowded after we went up 31-14. Chalk that up to the ghost of Bollman in the coordinators' box
