I can't stop watching this game.

When Russell Wilson threw the pass to Nick Toon down the middle of the field at :05, the crowd went dead silent and someone let out a blood curdling scream, then CJ knocked the ball away and the crowd went psycho.

This game will never get old.

I really think that this is the type of game that can really change a team in a significant way. It creates confidence, chemistry and a synergy that can really transform a team and take it from one level to an entirely new level.

On the other hand, two last second, heartbreaking loses in a row for Wisky can do the same thing, just in the opposite direction. It can create doubt, division and a downward spiral that can be difficult to climb out of. Here's hoping that they rebound enough to at least curb stomp scUM...

As much as I wish that were the case, we don't play them this year.

LOL...I've watched it again Sunday and today. I hear ya. I noticed today that when they showed Brax on the sideline after the big TD throw, he looked at someone and mouthed "are you sure?"...can't imagine how excited he was to complete that sucker only to realize they were reviewing it to see if he was behind the line. FWIW...I paused the DVR as he released and it was super clear that his entire body was behind the line. So I loved how Beilema said that the instant replay has not been his friend...why Bret, because it's the right answer? LOL!

:osu: Go Bucks!

How does a team lose two weekends in a row on a "Hail Mary"?
The odds are so ridiculous that the cause must be poor DB play on Wisconsin.
The MSU play was a hail mary. The OSU one was not.

But they're both due to a combination of DBs being out of place and not mentally sharp.

Technically, not a called "Hail Mary". But it was a scramble play "Hail Mary". So what's the difference? The effect was the same. And the team practiced a "Hail Mary" play on the Thursday before the game.
So it's a lot more than just coincidental.

Right, but to me, "Hail Mary" diminishes the athleticism of the play on Miller's part. "Hail Mary" implies sheer luck. No, that play was due in large part to a young man making a clutch play in a much-needed situation.

It wasn't luck, it was a bust of epic proportions by the Wisconsin DBs. Pretty sure I saw Devin doing a crossword puzzle back there waiting for the ball to come down.
It was, and I already discussed how incredibly undisciplined Wisconsin was in painstaking detail, but it was also a throw from Miller that I don't think a lot of people saw coming.

I wouldn't call it a great play or a lucky one..just an improbable won that lead to a win that was as cleansing as any Buckeye win ever..it was like a great weight was lifted off of Buckeye Nation..the light at the end of the tunnel was not another train..but the arrival of Braxton.

LOL...what was funny is how it wasn't just Devin but the DBs and the other WR on that side (Fields maybe) that were just sort of jogging around back there without a care in the world. It struck me as weird that at such a crucial point in the game, everyone looked like they were just hanging around at half speed......til the ball flew.

any time Wisconsin gets outrushed 268 to 89 is a GREAT game. Woody is smiling.
