It can't be a coincidence. You didn't bend over backwards to show Ohio State in the best possible light. On this board that fact alone is sufficient to prove a conspiracy, even when only one person is involved.

Interesting to note that from 1990 to 2008, Ohio State was .733 under Cooper, but .820 under Tressel. Florida was .813 under Spurrier, .621 under Zook, and .795 under Meyer. The point I'm trying to make is that both schools had coaches that significantly underperformed compared with their predecessors and/or successors, yet still remain at the top of the list.

That's pretty remarkable, when you think about it. Both schools have had periods of 'under achieving' (hard to call .733 under achieving, but it really was) yet still have won frequently enough to remain at the top. I find that very telling.

Before you label the Zook years as "underachieving" be sure to look at UF's record BEFORE Spurrier.

Speaking of remarkable, look where Nebraska is despite the disaster of the last few years.

It's great to see that even with a strategic advantage an awakening of the echo's appears to be at least four or five years out.... if the echo hasn't completely faded away by then. One of life's better spans.
