no clue but it is nice to be able to make them... it takes some adjusting to if you make a trip back to a state where they are still illegal.

usually the sand will stop you before you get to the water :) One problem I have is that one of our Vehicles is an SUV and on some streets I'll end up on the curb while making the turn because it's so big

I once drove more than an hour on the wrong road before my sister checked the map. In the middle of the U-turn, the Bruce Springsteen song on the radio reached the line, "Took a wrong turn and kept on going." It was funny. Well, we thought so.
