I drink to relax. I love drinking a couple beers after a round of golf. or pounding a few during a game of hold'em. plus I play better when I'm not seeing straight.

I'm not trying to take sides here, but it is ridiculous to slam a guy for not being a drinker. it has probably saved him from doing alot of stupid things. at least i know I've done alot of stupid things while being drunk. plus a non drinking friend can always be the DD.

then again on the other hand. friends don't let friends drink alone.
Brings to my mind a song by George Thorogood I drink alone and I perfer to be myself. Damm Tibor kinda hard on NDC there dude

Life is made of Choices and it's not bad to drink.

Without alochol this past Saturday night, I end up crashing on my own couch, probably watching TV until 3 or 4 in the morning. With alochol, I end up crashing on my buddy's girlfriend's couch at 3 AM with her friend. Hooray for me.

Alcohol is my friend...

Notredamechief,

You strike me as the type of person who orders a tropical drink for the cute umbrella that they garnish it off with.

hysterical..............i'm not much of a straight alcohol drinker, i don't care for straight whiskey or straight up martinis...........i almost always have some kind of mixer, whether OJ, 7-up, coke, apple pucker, etc...............with that being said, even my female friends bust my balls when i drink a "colorful" drink............i thought they only sold coolers to teenage girls, and wtf are orange cream margaritas??

It is easy to hide behind a computer and act tough which many here do.
I agree, and add that you have attempted to in this thread

Having said that bitching about dings is probably not the right thing to do! LOL!!
Agree

But mostly the tough guy thing is that most of these guys say things on this board that they would never have the balls to say to anyones face. Heck most dont have the nads to sign a ding! LOL!
So far off on this point. The tough guys on this board are those who carry a heavy rep stick. Most don't sign dings because they don't want a retaliatory ding by somebody who carries a heavier ding sting. I don't usually sign dings or positive because I look at it as a simple punishment/reward for a bad/good post. I don't hold grudges after I have dinged somebody, and I don't want them to hold a grudge because I dinged them. You are dreaming if you think it's because they are afraid of you. Personally, I think that face to face confrontations would be a lot worse. At least for me, I know they would...because I am able to sit back and think about what I type vs. acting on spontaneous emotion.

After all this no one has really answered my question as I honestly dont get the point......
A couple of people on here have answered your question. You may not like/agree with it, but they did answer it. Were we supposed to sway you over to the beer-drinking or drunk community?

Im sure it tastes great, just something I wouldnt go around talking about.

Tonight though, I enjoyed some Bushmills and Crown, both on the rocks, both were fantastic.

To answer the original question:

Because you're watching a replay of either the 1974 USC-ND game, or the 1995 tOSU-ND game.

For you Chief, I'd recommend Bailey's Irish Cream. It tastes good, isn't too high in alcohol content, isn't as wimpy as some of the other recommendations, and you like it's middle name.
