Awhile back, these fuckers didn't believe that there are entrance ramps to freeways where sometimes you have to stop because there isn't enough room to merge.

I gave them an example of a ramp in Zanesville where you have about 40 ft. to merge and when traffic is heavy, you have to stop. Other people from Z'ville even backed me up and they still thought I was exaggerating.

I forget the entrance ramp, it's the WB ramp to I-70 from Underwood St.

BTW, at the top of this entrance ramp yesterday, my parents got rear-ended b/c they had to stop at the merge point because the freeway was packed with cars and they couldn't squeeze in.

Some guy coming up the ramp rear-ended them while they were stopped.

I can't remember if its the Underwood Street, or not. But I was in Zanesville a few months ago. (Maybe you were the one telling me about the crappy entrance ramps - I can't remember.) I agree that some of the entrance ramps sucked. I can't verify the 40-feet you're saying. That might be exagerating. But I didn't use all of the entrances. Nor did I use a ruler to measure them. But I agree that they sucked. And if you're trying to get on the freeway when there's any traffic (especially truck traffic), I can see how it can be dangerous.

Yes, Underwood St. is the one I'm talking about.

I've never used the site but I just went there and apparently they do. I'll try to take the video today(Hopefully I won't die) and then I'll see what I can do.

Is this the first time that Nutty has gone somewhere because Thump told him it was an easy place to get "rear-ended"? :tongue2:

BTW, Thump, are your parents OK? This was a shitty way for your point about the danger of the ramp to be proven true.

Certainly not.

I would take a video of the entrance ramp with my little camera but I'm not sure how I'd get it on the internet. Is there a way to host videos online like you can pictures?

I didn't read back, so if you're only talking about Ohio ignore this. Pennsylvania has on-ramps all over the place where they have stop signs, not just yield signs to get on the highway. The PA turnpike entrance at Cranberry is one example just off the top of my head...

Glad to hear your parents are OK, Thump...Those kinds of ramps are very dangerous IMO...
