Wisky
I was at the Wisky game last year, and have to say...UW dominated that game in almost every way except the scoreboard. Obviously that's the most important stat, but i remember the sinking feeling in my gut watching them get first down after first down. Granted, our offense wasn't on the field enough to get into a rythym, but watching us go 3nO, 3nO over and over again still sticks in my mind quite a bit.
I think we're a much better team offensively this year, and imo, that will make the difference. It allows us to control the clock a bit more than what happened last year, and Wisky also seems to be a rythym offense to me, despite pounding the rock. I think the reason for bowl success last year for both of us was based on the TOP domination of both games. It builds confidence, particularly for young players.
John Clay doesn't worry me as much as Tolzien, frankly.
The maturation of TP and our offense as a whole is the lynchpin for the whole season, and I think this game is a microcosm of the development we need to display in order to be serious NC contenders.
Buckeyes win, 21-17 in our closest game of the year.
Go Bucks!
