Who else is going to be glued to ABC tonight? (Lost)

The show is declining fast. I was a huge LOST fanatic last year...the last several episodes, I still have it on, but only pay half attention. There is only about 5-7 minutes of important stuff to watch each week.

The writers are ruining their own show.

The writers are ruining their own show.

Classic case of writers not being ready for a show to explode and take off and they don't have enough of a storyline developed to keep the intrigue up for an extended period of time.

The fact that this show is one "continuous" episode does make it harder to come up with a storyline than a show like Seinfeld or CSI that have new story lines every week.

It was funny last night when they figured out that the one chick was missing, I had no clue who the chick was. I didn't remember her being in the show.

Next week should be good and fast paced, but it isn't going to move along the plot at all.

Absolutely correct. LOST is a 1-2 season show. You tell the story and then end it. However, money talks in entertainment and since the show has become a cash cow, they are now going to drip it for every penny they can get...and in the process ruin the story they were trying to tell.

Alias was amazing for 2 years, but has gone down hill every year after that. Maybe Abrams (sp) is good at coming up with shows, but has a hard time sustaining them.

she only had a few lines and none until last nights episode. I told my wife I figured she was going to die because no one would miss her. When Ana tells Echo and the group to "RUN" after hearing the voices it wasn't raining but yet when she shoots the blonde everybody is standing there in the rain and soaked??

if they were running for awhile then it would have taken at least three episodes :)

Seems the same thing that people are complaining about here happens on other shows to, hawg pointed out alias, I think 24 did the same think great concept for a year or two and after that it gets old. I don't watch it but my gf says desperate housewives is the same way this year in that it is really dragging.
