The funniest part is:

Goodell is angry about this sustained use of paying players to hurt players on other teams.

Isn't that the very definition of professional football? Glad to see a man has found his calling, as chief executive and ambassador of an industry he apparently hates so deeply.

Punishment fits the crime, IMHO. For the first time in my life I agree with something Goodell has done.

And honestly, Gregg Williams should never work in any capacity where he has authority over young people on a football field for the rest of his life.
