Which teams will get #1 seeds in the NCAA Tournament?

I was surprised to see that BYU is now #1 in the RPI, but even more surprised to see that they have a 9-1 record against other teams in the RPI-top-50. That's the most wins and the best record against the top-50 for anybody.

They may not end up with one, but they have more of an argument for a #1 seed than I thought they had before I looked up the RPI info.

BYU is 6th in kenpom as of today. Why Duke is #2 is a mystery to me.

I pay very little attention to the RPI or Pomeroy because I don't think that they mean jack. Different teams play different styles and when it comes to the tournament I don't care where a team is ranked because they have all play different styles of teams throughout the season and it really doesn't mean that much when teams play in a conference that plays a physical type of basketball and one that plays helter-skelter. I will be shocked if BYU makes it to the elite 8. Yeah, Jimmer is a pretty good ballplayer but I do not think that his surrounding cast is that good and they really haven't played a number of quality teams throughout the year. It's almost like football put them in a different conference and let's see what their record might be.

That can be mistaken for dancing and there's probably no chance he gets back in to school with two violations.

I would have bet on the sex. Morman chicks won't drink a diet coke, but they will thump like bunnies....and they are superfreaks, in that they are all about preserving their "virginity". That word seems to have a wider definition among them than among Presbyterians - one more in line with Newt Gingritch, Bill Clinton - and Thump's. :biggrin:
