Golf, for sure, but that's mostly because it's self ruled.

I'd go with the Big Ten with the original rules for IR. The new rules seem to suggest they only want to be absolutely sure in the last two minutes of the game.

I think I've seen too many NFL IR decisions that seem to defy the logic of the camera.

Better question might be what has the worst, NBA wins that hands down, followed by the NCAA B-ball refs.

I disagree. Professional wrestling isn't a competitive sport. It is just entertainment pure and simple. There are no rules to officiate to. How you ever seen any copy of the Official Rules Of The WWE? It doesn't exist. You can't say the officials of the WWE are the "best called", since usually they don't call anything. In fact when the officials do call anything it is about as inconsistant as you can get. All they do is follow the prearranged script.

And you don't see the Buckeyes holding? I love the Bucks, but let's be honest here, holding gets called on all kicks and punts and in situations where it's too obvious, but for the most part it's part of how offensive linemen keep their blocks.

The Big Ten/CFB is completely discredited due to the Illinois game last year, especially regarding the IR system.

Golf. Its also the easiest to officiate because you have time to sit there, look at the ball, peruse the rule book and make the right call. No other sport has that luxury.
