I, personally, would like to see JamO get some extended action in this game. We're really going to have to depend on him next year after Salley leaves to be the #1 back-up for Whitner and Mitchell (maybe even nickle back). As evidenced by his penalties (particularly on Ginn's PR), the kid needs some time out there to learn.

I'd love to see Haw get some extended time too, but I'm not worried about Haw game-experience wise. JamO NEEDS some more experience. Dukes, Hoobs, Nader, and Boeckman deserve special mention, too

While Laurinaitis was credited with 2 tackles on the last drive against Minnesota, I'd like to see him get the majority of reps at the 'Shoe in real game conditions since he has already cracked the 2-deep and is the backup to Carpenter.

Northwestern will likely run Carpenter ragged with Bobby at DE against NW's spread, so getting as much real game experience as possible for Laurinaitis while giving Bobby half the day off would be a good insurance policy.

As fast as Jamo is, I dont see him playing much next year at the Saftey spot. He is more of a nickel back. Were gonna need someone that can bring the wood and has some weight. I think if Lenix can get it together in the offseason when he comes to OSU, he would be a fine fit for the Safety position.

The thing I like about this question is that with a Northwestern team that has confidence they can win, followed by Michigan week, there really isn't a wrong answer to the question. Every backup needs real experience now, especially since these kids will be getting their first road start in Austin, TX in 2006.

I'd most like to see what Maurice Wells can do when it isn't a matter of running out the clock. If getting a young QB some game-time snaps is a viable option, though, that seems to me to be the best investment down the line, so I'll go with Todd for this one.

'Course, I'd really like us to be so far ahead at that point that "All of the Above" is the answer. :)

You may want to go back and track down some of JamO's high school clips. He had some of the hardest hits I ever saw from a high school player.
