I just added the poll.

I left JT, Ferentz, and Paterno off of the list, as their jobs appear to be safe.

Also, Bret Bielema (Wisconsin) and Pat Fitzgerald (Northwestern) didn't make the list, as both are first-year coaches who will likely have at least a grace period of at least three years.

I think John L. is it for this year. Lllloyd bought himself another year or two by blasting ND, Hoeppner and Zook still too early, and Mason and Tiller have enough past goodwill to get to next year.

John L. Smith...

I don't think Hoeppner is up for consideration, I imagine there would be a big backlash against Indiana firing a guy the same season he had brain surgery, they'll certainly give him at least another year

John L. Smith may not make it to Monday...the rest I think are safe.

It would serve the bastard right if they waited until halftime of their last game and canned his ass...kinda like he did when he left Louisville. Good riddance.

I'd say Monday is a good guess after today's during and post game performance. I guess he admitted in the press conference he does not know how to motivate his players anymore and he slapped himself.

I agree...hell Michigan State players make Notre Dame subway alumni look stable and mentally tough by comparison...his failure is blatantly obvious.

I saw that and was stunned. Not too bright on John L's part, given he is only there because Bobby Williams was fired 3/4ths of the way through the 2002 season for making virtually the exact same admission.
