What's Your Worst Injury, Ever?

I broke my foot when one of those moving van ramps fell on, but didn't have to get a cast, because it was a small bone in my foot. I have a two inch scar on my arm from where a chicken scratched me when I was a kid, and I guess I picked at it , or didn't let it heal correctly.
