What Will Be the Buckeyes' Record in 2012?

I voted for "I don't care, as long as they beat TSUN". I do care, I'd like to win 'em all...but the final record is ultimately of little importance so long as TSUN gets a reality check.

If I had worded it, my choice would have been..."Fuck Michigan".

Sorry if obvious, but are we even eligible to be named AP National Champions?

The NCAA has no way of forcing the Associated Press to vote a certain way, and as far as I know, the AP has no "rule" disqualifying a team on probation from the number one spot.

That would be so awesome, just the biggest "f*ck you" to the NCAA if we were named AP National Champs haha.

But the chances are very slim, it'd have to be a 2-loss NCAA Champion from outside the SEC

I'm with Kyle...I expect to win every game(probably wont happen so I voted 9-3), but as long as we take the skunkbears to the woodshed, I'll be happy since there's no postseason this year

I'm not an alumni and don't follow the team, but I voted 9-3.
No trolling, but I remember Meyer's first year at UF, the acknowledgement of growing pains is accurate, his system is just wholly different than anything run last year. There is a learning curve.

Year 2 will see a vast improvement.

I just do not see three losses on that schedule.

Last year was such a mess from a tactical standpoint, there is no reason to even judge what this team is capable of based on last years debacle.

I also think having a ready-made QB to take over will be big for the transition. It's obviously a new system for Braxton, but having that weapon will surely help Meyer integrate his philosophy. Chris Leak was good, but surely an adjustment.

I think 11-1 or 10-2.

The difference being that Ohio State's defensive staff carried over mostly intact.

Just one more TD per game & the team been 11-1 last season. The Buckeyes won't need a 35 pt offense to run the table this year.
