In the middle of a Nissan lease... debating Audi or Infiniti next go around. See a lot of VAG posts here.
If Audi ever takes their stoplight system to market, that'd probably seal it. Damn stoplights.

If that's what you're waiting for from Audi, you're missing out.

Related, but not really: Had the S4 in for front brakes, intake manifold gasket and have the frick'n heavy ass doors lifted (yeah, the 2-doors need a bit of a face lift from time to time). Had an A6 2.0 sline for three days. Ok as a grocery getter but I'd have to liken it to a HS boy loosing his v-card. Quick off the line and no staying power. Totally different car than the 3.0T. If I wanted to switch and didn't have my eye on the S6, I'd consider the 3.0T as an everyday driver but not the 2.0. I like the current *6 platform a lot, but it's heavy and it needs some ponies to push it down the road... a hell of a lot more ponies than the 2.0 provide.

Well I'm waiting for current lease... I haven't been in "high end happy hour" territory. HP is great and all, but it's not much of a selling point.
Everything in the ~55k range has HP to spare, nor are speed limits going up while cities rely on tickets for revenue. Nobody is offering stock scanners, radar detection, or laser jammers either... even if they did, it's a never-ending tech-war with police.
So it's really the cabin tech and comfort that I'm after. Followed by how well it keeps value (lower payments) and maintenance. Stuff like Audi's HUD, Infiniti's 5 trillion cameras and safety measures, etc. Having a system that internally times all the traffic lights in the area, knows when they'll be green and red, and knows how fast to go to land them... that's a big creature comfort driving cross-city. Audi's nav is apparently killing the competition already.
