I had a triumph in my hand at the same time as the premier, and it was basically awesome or spectacular. 6ft medium one piece is like 3.2 oz or some shit.
This is exactly what I wanted to know. Thank you.
Just rode my bike 20 miles in 35 degree weather, which is fine in the sun. But the same ride yesterday in 30 and clouds and north wind just suuuuuucked.
Edit: was the impression you got on the upper body from the rope weight I was really curious about.
I have a triumph in my hand every morning.
I was on the crossrope website this morning and saw that they had the 2lb rope in my size, open box for half price. It's on its way to kick the living shit out of me. I'm figuring that, at the very least, it can serve as something of a batting donut and make my 1/2 pound rope seem light and manageable in comparison.
What the fuck, FEDEX. I've had two days where my 2lb rope was "scheduled for delivery." It doesn't show up, and tracking reverts back to "No scheduled delivery date available at this time." Unfuck yourselves and get me my rope. I've prepared myself for the beating.
Don't Carradine yourself man.
Ropes can be tricky.
I figure that if the 2 pound rope is just too much for my fifty year old ass, I can use it to do something about the hipsters who bicycle at top speed down the sidewalk in front of my building. Someone call up La Colombe and let them know that they'll need to call in the backup barista, 'cause the scheduled guy just ran into a bit of difficulty!
Crossrope sent me a replacement for the rope Fedex lost. Arrived yesterday afternoon. Ass kicking to commence shortly.
